I dealt with the service advisors for diesels and they were the best people that I have ever dealt with at any dealer. They got me in to do diagnostics the same day I had problems and worked harder than ever to get me fixed and back on the road. If and when I have any issues with my truck and or personal vehicles I will be returning to Toothman Sowers for service.
Alison and Jim both made for a pleasant buying experience. They were both extremely respectful, transparent and friendly. I will be back again at some point to be a three-peat customer.
I purchased a slightly used 2024 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. My experience couldn’t have gone any smoother. I discovered i had a flat tire at 9am today. I called T & S Ford and they were able to get me into the Service Department at 1:00pm. The tire was repaied and i was out the door before 3pm. I couldn’t ask for better service.

Perry came out introduced himself friendly smiling welcoming I told him what I was looking for, he went to get it and brought it to me. Of course it was beautiful superb condition when we were checking everything out the latch in the back was not functioning the owner came over and he said we will take care of it and Perry had just said the same thing before the owner walked up . We went for a test drive it was smooth and rode excellent. When we got back we went to his desk and we were talking, Perry asked me about a trade in and I said yes that's my car out there and he said well he said we'll get some particulars on it and give you a price for trade in and I said sure that would be great. Because of some circumstances, on my end, I thought they were just going to give me a price and I was just going to go home and come back in a few days. Well to my surprise and great joy I drove home with the one, very one I picked out I was in awe. So happy with my choice of purchase. there was no pressure ever , there was friendliness , listening , understanding without pushing for a sale. it was the best experience I've ever had in a car dealer. Perry said that he would call me and we would make arrangements for the tailgate latch to get fixed. Since it was purchased on a Saturday they're closed on Sunday . on Monday he called me and made arrangements for Tuesday morning. Perry kept his word no matter what he said to me his word was good and followed through.That is a noticeable quality in his character. Tuesday morning I was greeted at the service desk, then I went to the waiting room, Perry met me there and reassured me that the car was going to be looked at. 1 hour later the car was fixed .thank you so much for whoever repaired that latch. While I was waiting in the service waiting area it was amazing to see the interaction with people who work there. Many of them came in and out and inback and forth out of the room into the showroom wherever they were going offices. everyone was so pleasant friendly to each other and to me it was so welcoming. It is so peaceful there and it was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealer that's for sure I wouldn't hesitate one minute to purchase a car truck or to have my car taking care of there. The camaraderie between the staff is a testament to the owner and his leadership. I have heard that it always starts with the leader and then it will trickle down and that's exactly what has happened it's beautiful so I encourage you to check out their cars and experience what I did because you won't be disappointed. Talon Miller was great to work with. I submitted the application on-line and he did the rest. Handled the paperwork from start to finish and there was no pressure at all. He answered all my questions and went over and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied.

I went there not really knowing anyone only by a phone call. I was met with Perry about a suv for my wife. As my time there not wasted at all it seamed very open and the staff was very friendly and helpful about all our questions and concerns.
