A Toothman & Sowers Ford Ownership Advantage

10-Year/100K Owner Loyalty Plans

When you buy an eligible new Ford from us, we include a plan designed to support you for the road ahead—with benefits for specified powertrain components, roadside assistance, and eligible travel interruptions.

A Meaningful Advantage of Buying from Us

Choosing the right Ford matters, but so does choosing the right dealership. At Toothman & Sowers Ford, we include a 10-Year/100K Owner Loyalty Plan with eligible new Ford vehicles purchased from us. It is an added ownership benefit that can continue delivering value years after you drive home.

The plan identifies specified powertrain components and eligible repair events, then adds roadside and trip-related benefits subject to its terms. That combination is especially valuable if you plan to keep your Ford for several years. Higher-mileage drivers can benefit, too, although they may reach the mileage limit before the 10-year date.

Vehicle-Specific Eligibility

A model name alone does not confirm eligibility. We will verify the exact vehicle before purchase. The current eligibility information excludes SVT, Shelby, Roush, and Raptor vehicles.

Two Limits, One End Point

The plan ends 10 years from the vehicle’s original in-service date or when the odometer reaches 100,000 miles, whichever happens first.

An Advantage of Buying Here

We provide these plans for eligible vehicles purchased from Toothman & Sowers Ford. It is a dealership-provided benefit—not a program affiliated with or sponsored by Ford Motor Company—so where you buy your Ford matters.

How to Read the 10-Year/100K Limit

The plan uses the vehicle’s original in-service date and total odometer reading—not simply the model year or the number of miles you personally drive. Ask us to confirm the in-service date and current mileage for the exact vehicle you are considering.

If you drive 20,000 miles a year, you could reach 100,000 miles in about five years. If your routine includes frequent I-79 travel between Fairmont and Morgantown, the mileage cap may be the more practical limit to watch. A lower-mileage owner may reach the 10-year date first.

Useful distinction: “10-Year/100K” names two maximum limits. It does not mean every owner receives ten full years of plan benefits.

Which Powertrain Components Are Identified?

Powertrain systems create and deliver power to the wheels. The plan information identifies specified parts within the systems below. A system name does not automatically include every part attached to that system.

Highlighted Powertrain Components
System Component Examples
Engine Cylinder block, cylinder head, rotor housings, and specified internally lubricated parts
Turbocharger or Supercharger Specified internal and supporting parts such as housings, bearings, shafts, actuators, valves, pulleys, gears, and intercooler components
Transmission Transmission case and specified internal parts
Transfer Case Transfer case and specified internal parts
Drive Axle Drive axle housing and specified internal parts
Examples only. The current plan documents provide the complete list of included components, qualifying events, conditions, limits, and exclusions.

What matters: both the failed component and the cause of the repair must meet the plan terms. Review the component list before purchase instead of assuming that an entire engine, transmission, or driveline system is included without limits.

Additional Plan Benefits

24/7 Emergency Roadside Assistance

The current plan information lists help for eligible events involving:

  • Towing reimbursement
  • Jump starts
  • Flat-tire changes
  • Emergency fluid delivery
  • Lockout assistance

Before you need it: because towing is described as a reimbursement, ask us what authorization, receipts, and limits apply before arranging service.

Trip Interruption

For the first year of ownership, eligible breakdowns during travel may qualify for reimbursement of specified expenses, including:

  • Lodging
  • Meals
  • Rental vehicles
  • Airline tickets

Important: the listed trip-interruption period is one year, not ten. Ask us about qualifying events, expense limits, authorization, and required documentation.

Six Questions to Ask Before Purchase

We want you to understand how the plan applies to the exact Ford you are considering. Before you rely on it as part of your purchase decision, ask our team:

  1. Does this specific vehicle qualify?
  2. What are its original in-service date and current odometer reading?
  3. Which components and repair events are included or excluded?
  4. What maintenance records and prior authorization does the plan require?
  5. Where can eligible repairs be completed, and does a deductible apply?
  6. How do reimbursement, roadside, trip-interruption, and transfer rules work?

Keep the current plan documents with your vehicle records. If a mechanical concern develops, those documents will help you follow the required steps before repairs begin.
