They worked with me and my husband extremely well, they were all very sweet and very cooperative people, they worked hard to get everything exactly to my liking and they worked with our credit so well, I will absolutely be returning when it’s time to pick out another truck for my husband, Derek was an amazing man to work with when it came to figuring out a solid deal and going through the approval process, even though it took about 5 or so hours.
I have delt with many dealerships the last few months. Most all are nice. But I spoke with Derek a saleman here at Toothman and Sowers. This dealership top all dealerships this past few months. Easy to deal with. Gave better warranty on used vehicles. Quick to call back and honored my time schedule. If anything I was a pain in there butt for once lol. I would highly recommend T & S Ford to anyone looking for a smooth process to get into the vehicle they are wanting. My sales guy hasn’t contacted me at all. Didn’t take me seriously It felt like and I called the dealer and asked for him and he was busy and I gave it 3 days still no contact.

Excellent service and utmost professionalism sums up my recent experience with T&S. I always try and research before making any decision. We ended up here after visiting Grafton first. I specifically let all know that my son needed to be involved as I wanted him to see how car buying is and should be. Noah was attentive and courteous to my son (17) when purchasing his new Colorado. I had some questions, Noah and Greg were quick to answer with what I felt were honest responses. No pressure and negotiable price equaled success for both of us. Thank you!

Very kind sellers. Went looking for a new used car. Ended up buying a used Subaru. The seller I was with went over a good bit about the car. While I was on a test drive she had pulled up the car fax to keep the purchase moving. 100% recommend going and seeing them for a used car! This was my first ever car buying experience and man I gotta say, it was AMAZING. My man Talon got me approved with no credit on a 2022 ford escape, even provided a ride to the dealer to pick up the new ride. The entire process from start to finish was so easy and smooth even going in blind not knowing what to expect.
