The guys in the service shop did an outstanding job installing my bedliner! I recently purchased a new Ford Truck and have ordered a few things from Ford to add on, and the service team has been great. Ethan was such a great guy to work with! I had a unique experience. Living in Indy, on vacation in Florida, and purchasing a Ford F350 King Ranch from here! We did everything over the phone and via text/video. He even drove to Pittsburgh Airport to pick me up and drive me back to his dealership. 3 hours round trip for him! Did the deal online thru their online approval form. They accepted the deal and I went in and left in about 1hr or so. Kesha the salesperson was friendly polite and knowledgeable. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t ask for didn’t run my credit 30x like most places just in and out without the stress.
I have dealt with them twice. Salespeople are great trade in value team needs work.

Starter went out on my truck, I got the nice warranty when I bought it at T&S and it covered the tow and replacement after a small deductible. Service was fast and friendly. No complaints. I usually do these things myself, it was nice not to have to get my hands dirty and to have an honest transaction with a dealer.

Great job, almost 5 stars perfect. I would recommend they double check their work. My hood deflector was installed and upon my inspection I noticed the rubber was coming off the little plastic clips along the front of the hood. I had to find someone to fix it. Other than that I love it. Employees were very nice and helpful. I would use them again and recommend to friends and family.
Overall the experience was definitely disappointing.. upon arrival to test drive the vehicle it was dirty & smelled it needed to be detailed again… after coming back to retrieve the vehicle it still wasn’t what anyone would expect.. water marks left on ALL of the seats.. with obvious puddles of dirty water left behind.. door handles, light fixtures, control knobs & steering wheel still filthy.. let’s not also mention that i was busy at work so my salesman took it upon himself to call my place of employment to reach me when i DID NOT ANSWER MY PERSON ... Your service advisor who check you in is not friendly at all…also when my car was ready you had some computer issue so I still don’t know what they did to my vehicle! Communication and friendly atmosphere is lacking..,this was my first and last visit to your dealership.

I really like the truck. Salesman was really good. Everyone was nice at the dealership. Only a couple things that could have been better. I’d rather test drive a vehicle I’m buying without a salesman in the car. Not a big deal. He was very nice. Also, the truck I bought was a demo. It was a bit dirty inside and out. I asked to have a good detail done. The drivers side door and floor were still pretty dirty. Liquid ring on passenger seat. And wheels were filthy. Overall a good buying experience.
